What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, CONTACT OUR DESIGNER on website. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

What is your return policy?

Not the right fit? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date.

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site or send an email to: service@nomadbasic, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed.

We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.

If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.

Do you have sales?

We provide fair, consistent, lowest possible pricing by cutting out the middlemen (the beauty of Direct-to-Consumer!). Our price stays the same year-round, so you can rest assured that you are always getting the best deal on the highest quality goods.

I bought something on Final Sale but I really want to return it. Can I still do that?

We're very sorry, but we're unable to offer returns or exchanges of Final Sale items. All Final Sale items have Final Sale messaging displayed on the product page.

What's NOMADBASIC's phone number?

For email and text support, please contact us here, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible, typically within 12 hours. Please include any relevant details like an order number, account email, photos, or anything else that will help us answer your question.


What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use FedEx/UPS for all orders. Ground shipping for any orders may take up to 4-7 days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.


How do referrals work?

Within 7 days of you receiving your purchase, we’ll send you an email with a code for a free accessory.

If you think your friend would like our clothes, simply forward them the code. You can forward to as many friends as you like – they can all benefit and claim a free accessory.

When your friend purchases any item of NOMADBASIC they simply use the code at checkout to claim a free accessory of their choice. After they’ve purchased, we’ll send you a email for to claim your free accessory (for each friend that makes a purchase we’ll send you a separate email).  

All codes redeemable for 30 days.
Shipping on all accessories is free.
Your referred friends’ shipping addresses must be different from your address.
