What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, CONTACT OUR DESIGNER on website. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!

What is your return policy?

Not the right fit? No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 21 days of the ship date.


1. Please contact Customer Service on our site or send an email to: service@nomadbasic, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


For order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us here.

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to one to three weeks from the date received to be processed.

We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.

If our return policy window passes while your return is still in transit, your refund will still be issued once the warehouse inspects it.

I bought something on Final Sale but I really want to return it. Can I still do that?

We're very sorry, but we're unable to offer returns or exchanges of Final Sale items. All Final Sale items have Final Sale messaging displayed on the product page.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

We support global orders and can ship globally. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. What shipping providers do you use?

In the U.S. Continental,we use UPS for the Standard orders. And use DHL/Fedex for the Express orders.

Other countries/areas depend on the situation.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are.

To ensure that every item is up to our high standard, we need 1-3 business days to process your order to ship. The delivery time usually needs to be 5-8 business days.

Payment

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Discover, American Express, Diner Club, Union Pay, Visa Electron, and Cartes Bancaires (you can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout). We also accept payments via PayPal.

Please note: We're unable to split payment between multiple payment methods.

Are duties and taxes included?

At checkout, your order total includes all duties, taxes, and fees mandated by your local government. After checkout, you will never be required to pay any additional amount to have your package delivered.

Can I get a price adjustment?

If you bought something at full price and the price is lowered within seven days of your purchase, we'd be happy to honor a price adjustment.
